Disconnect phone numbers connected with WhatsApp. Inbound messages from disconnected numbers stop immediately. However, all previous communications from this account will remain visible in the Conversation Timeline.

on the top left corner of the screen.Click Settings.
Under the Channels category, click WhatsApp. The WhatsApp page will show you a list of WhatsApp accounts configured in Gladly.
Hover over the phone number and click
.Click Remove from the modal to confirm your request.
If an error appears when deleting the phone number, contact Gladly Support.
