What causes a ‘uh oh – we can’t connect’ error?

"Uh oh - we can't connect" is an uncommon error in Glad App.

Error message indicating inability to connect, with a retry option available.

This is typically caused by:

  • Transient network issues

  • Chat authentication fails

  • The app freezes

  • Disconnection the chat server and unable to reconnect

Clicking Try Again to refresh the chat and reconnect should resolve the issue.
