"Uh oh - we can't connect" is an uncommon error in Chat.
This is typically caused by:
Transient network issues
Chat authentication fails
The app freezes
Disconnection the chat server and unable to reconnect
Clicking Try Again to refresh the chat and reconnect should resolve the issue.
