View Caller ID Number

When making an outbound call from Gladly, the phone number that your Customers see is the phone number configured in Gladly where Agents are calling from. In certain situations, the phone number callees might see could be a different phone number configured in Gladly.

Caller ID setting is only visible if the outbound caller ID is different

The Caller ID section in the Voice page isn’t visible if the phone number callees see is the same number configured in Gladly.

  1. Click  on the top left corner of the screen.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. Under the Channels category, click Voice. The Phone Numbers page will show you a list of numbers used in Gladly.

  4. Hover over the phone number you want to check the number callees see, then click .

  5. If the outbound called ID is different, the Caller ID section is visible with the phone number callees see which would be different that the phone number shown in Gladly.

Contact Gladly Support if you need to edit the phone number callers see.

This is not the same as CNAM

CNAM is a name, not a phone number, associated with a phone number.
