Update Freeform Topic Display Name

Update a Freeform Topic’s name, which Agents see in the Topics menu in the Customer Profile.

  1. Click on the top left corner of the screen.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. Under the Orchestration category, click Freeform Topics. This will take you to the Freeform Topics page.

  4. From the Freeform Topics page, hover over the Freeform Topic you want to update, then click .

  5. Update the Display Name field to the new name.

  6. Click Save.
