The updated main navigation makes it easier to find what you need
The nav is now organized into clear groups instead of one long list.
Items that used to be buried a few clicks deep, like Changelog and Entry Points, live right in the main menu.
You can star your most-used items and collapse or expand sections, and Gladly remembers how you left them.
Everything works exactly the same, with no options lost. A clearer, action-oriented layout makes it easier to find what you’re looking for.

Why we're making this change
As we've added more tools to Gladly over time, the navigation grew into a long, flat list that got harder to scan. This update groups related items together so you can find things faster, and it surfaces a few features that were previously tucked inside other pages.

What’s changing
The nav is now organized into two main groups: Gladly AI, which covers your AI tools, and Gladly Team, your everyday Agent workspace.
Within Gladly AI, items are further organized by what you're doing:
Analyze: AI Conversations, Reviews, Signals, Journeys
Manage: AI Agents, Workflows, Answers
Test: Simulations
Deploy: Changelog, Entry Points
Previously, items like Changelog and Entry Points were only accessible by navigating into another page first. They're now direct links in the main menu.
Star and organize your own view
Two new ways to set up the nav your way:
Star any item to pin it to the top of the menu, under a new Starred section.
Collapse or expand any group. Your preference is saved, so the nav opens the same way next time.
What's not changing
Settings – Contents and location remain unchanged.
Access and permissions – You'll see the same items you always have, just organized differently. A few additions to the menu bring key tools to the surface.
Data and Reports – Underlying data and reporting is not affected.
What you'll see based on your role
Menu options remain the same for Agents. Admins and Team Managers continue to have visibility into Gladly AI items, as well as Admin settings.
If you use Answers, it will continue to appear in your nav based on your existing access, in both Gladly AI and Gladly Team.
What you'll need to do
Nothing. This update happens automatically, and no action is needed on your end.
