Edit the hours and days used to assess SLA performance based on your operating hours. See Edit Business Hours for instructions on editing Business Hours.
From the Business Hours page, the hours set in SLA Business Hours have a Primary tag for quick identification.
When editing one of your Business Hours, a note appears if the one being edited is currently set as the Primary Business Hours in the SLA Business Hours settings page.
