Gladly doesn’t account for Contacts entirely handled by Sidekick in non-Sidekick Contact-level reporting, such as the Contact Export and Contact Summary report. Instead, use Conversation-level reporting such as Converaton Export to see what proportion of all Customer inquiries that flowed through Sidekick are resolved.
