Proactive Voice can make up to 30 calls every five minutes until all the recipients have been contacted. This means it can make up to 8,840 calls per day or in a 24-hour period.

If the call could not be completed or the Customer did not answer, Proactive Voice will not create a second call to follow up. If you'd like to try again, you will need to create a new recipient list and Campaign schedule.
