Dark Mode gives the Agent Desktop a low-light appearance, which can help reduce eye strain during long or late shifts.
Before you start
Dark Mode is only available in the Agent Desktop. It doesn't apply to the Settings pages.
Because it's in beta, Gladly is actively collecting feedback and incremental enhancements are applied.
Activate Dark Mode
Each user controls their own Dark Mode setting. Your choice only affects your view.
In the Agent Desktop, click your Profile/Avatar in the top right corner.
In the menu that appears, select the option to switch to Dark Mode.

Your view will update right away. To switch back to the default (light) view, return to the same menu and select Light View.
