Background

Customer Profile integrations are used to pull additional customer data from an external data source. This can be via several out-of-the-box Gladly integrations or a custom Lookup Adaptor built by your team!

Note that you must engage with a Gladly Professional Services resource to display custom fields within the Gladly Customer Profile panel.
