The OrderGroove integration with Gladly is built and maintained by Gladly
Basic scope #
Ordergroove works as an extension of your e-commerce platform. Gladly automatically links the Gladly Customer Profile with an Ordergroove Customer (if one exists) after the integration is set up. You’ll see the number of subscriptions a Customer has from their Customer Profile.
Once Ordergroove is connected to Gladly, the following details are displayed in the Customer Profile via the Subscription Transaction Card.

How the integration works #
As a pull-based integration, Gladly pulls Customer and product-level data from Ordergroove and displays them in the Customer profile. Customer Profiles are automatically linked to matching accounts in Ordergroove.
