  1. The implementation team will send you a Deployment Guide, which contains an overview of your setup upon implementation.

  2. You will receive a support invite notification from the support team. Please accept to file support requests!

  3. You will receive a support overview on how to contact support thereafter.

Customers who have access to a Gladly CSM will receive an invitation to do a live introduction to their CSM.
