Delete Instagram Messaging

Delete Instagram Messaging if you no longer wish to receive Instagram Messages in Gladly.

  1. Click the menu icon on the top left corner of the screen.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Under the Channels category, click Instagram Messaging. The Instagram Messaging Accounts page will show you a list of Instagram Messaging accounts configured in Gladly.
  4. Hover over the Instagram Messaging account and click the trash icon.
  5. Click Yes, Delete to confirm your request.
  6. Next, log into your company's Meta account and go to the Meta Business Integrations page.
  7. Click View and Edit next to the Gladly application from the Active tab.
  8. From the modal that appears, scroll down to the bottom and click on Remove.
