Levels of Reports

Knowing the different levels of reports will help you understand how best to compare them. It's best to only compare reports that are in the same level/group. A report is classified as one of the following levels:

  • Agent
  • Answers
  • Customer
  • Conversations* (see note below)
  • Contact* (see note below)
  • Data Export
  • Tasks
  • Topics
  • Sidekick
