I can't accept phone calls offered to me

If you notice that there are Customers waiting in the phone queue but you are not receiving calls and not seeing the incoming call banner, make sure that you are available (green) on the voice Channel. If you are, this issue could be caused by bad communication between Gladly in your web browser and the telecom service.
- Close all of your browser windows including those you currently have minimized.
- Open a new browser session and log into Gladly again.
Creating a new Gladly session should resolve the issue.
