Create 'Away' Agent Status

Create Away statuses that Agents can use when they need to step away from their computer.

Watch Out - Status cannot be deleted
Away statuses cannot be deleted once they are created, but you can archive unused Away statuses.

Create 'Away' statuses

  1. Click on the Menu icon located in the top left corner of your screen.
  2. Click on More Settings located under Settings.
  3. Under Agent Experience, click Agent Status.
  4. Click Create Agent Status.
  5. From the Create Agent Status screen, enter the Away status name. (hint: you can use emojis)
  6. Click Away as the Type until the radio button turns green.
  7. Click Create Agent Status. This will take you back to the Agent Status screen. You should now see the Away status you created. It's also immediately available for use.
