# Launch Gladly

## Background

As soon as you go live with Gladly, perform these verifications to ensure that everything is running smoothly, and your customer service does not have any interruptions.

## Goals

Smoke test the various communication channels and integrations in Production.

## Step-by-Step Tutorial & Best Practices

Smoke test the following communication Channels immediately after launch:

- Voice and IVR
- SMS
- Email
- Chat (chat)
- Social Channels (Facebook, , Instagram, WhatsApp)

Verify integrations (e.g., Shopify, Lookup Adaptor, Klaviyo).

Ensure that the expected data from your integrations are showing up as expected in Gladly. Check a few profiles to validate this.
