# Why is a Conversation reassigning to a different Inbox when sending an outbound message?

When a new Conversation in an existing Customer Profile is created in Gladly to send an outbound message instead of one being created by a Customer through an Entry Point, the Conversation is automatically moved to the Inbox based on the “From” address/number used, meaning you may see the Conversation get reassigned to a different Inbox.
