# Why did Facebook get disconnected from Gladly?

On rare occasions, Facebook could automatically disconnect from Gladly and require re-authentication. There are many reasons why this could happen, but the most common reasons are:

- A video or image was flagged as inappropriate or banned content.
- There's suspicious activity in the account.
- Running ads that do not meet Facebook's guidelines.
- Possible copyright violations.

Contact Gladly Support if you need additional assistance.

Users assigned the **Team Manager** or **Administrator** roles can contact [Gladly Support](https://help.gladly.com/product-docs/pages/en/contact-gladly-support-team). Gladly Support's primary operating hours are Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time, but you can submit a request anytime.
