# Why aren’t my boosts being applied?

Make sure that the boosts you added or edited have been enabled. You'll know if recent changes weren't applied if it still says "Change made" in the Notes column.

Check for conflicting logic in your criteria. For example, if *Channel = chat AND Inbox = email*, this won't work since there might not be any chats in an email Inbox.

It's also possible that there are no Customers that have matched your criteria.
