# Why are order details missing in the Customer Profile?

This usually happens if the Customer's primary email address or phone number is updated in Gladly. If order details are missing, [unlink](https://help.gladly.com/docs/link-customer-profile-to-an-external-integrated-system/#unlink), then [link](https://help.gladly.com/docs/link-customer-profile-to-an-external-integrated-system/#link) the Customer Profile again to Shopify.
