# Why am I unable to make outbound calls?

## Voice button is unclickable

You won’t be able to make and receive phone calls if the microphone and/or headset are not allowed. The “Unable to accept phone calls” error typically appears with [instructions](https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/2693767?hl=en&amp;ref_topic=7439644&amp;sjid=7031569172235606584-NC#) on how to allow your microphone again.

## **Errors when making a call**

When using Gladly [VoIP](https://help.gladly.com/docs/answer-calls-on-voip-direct-dial-or-external-system#make-a-call-through-gladly-voip) to call Customers, there are certain countries you may not be able to call by default based on geographic permissions for low and high-risk numbers. You'll get a "call error" in Gladly when calling a high-risk number. If you regularly call numbers in this country, have an Administrator or Manager contact Gladly Support to allow outbound calls to the country you are calling.

Users assigned the **Team Manager** or **Administrator** roles can contact [Gladly Support](https://help.gladly.com/product-docs/pages/en/contact-gladly-support-team). Log into Gladly as one of these roles, click![hamburger-menu-icon(1)](https://cdn.us.document360.io/7047b671-c4f2-4df0-bb0a-b9b511fd2452/Images/Documentation/hamburger-menu-icon(1).svg)on the top-left corner, then click **Contact Gladly Support**. Gladly Support's primary operating hours are Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time, but you can submit a request anytime.

- Please select the correct business impact (P1 to P4).
- Most requests should be sent as a P4.
