# SupporTrends Integration Toolkit

Learn the basics of how the SupporTrends integration works.

## **Who maintains the integration**

SupporTrends integration with Gladly is built and maintained by SupporTrends.

## **Basic scope**

When a Conversation is closed in Gladly via API, SupporTrends detects this change, knowing when a Conversation is ready for analysis.

## How the integration works

A webhook listens for closed Conversations in Gladly. SupporTrends then read the Conversation data using Natural Language Processing to associate entities, verbs, and Topics with sentiments, [speakers](https://supportrends.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360057070234-Automated-Speaker-Identification), and timings. Other endpoints are used to retrieve Conversation data.
