# Software (OS and Browser) Requirements

Review these essential software requirements to enhance your experience with Gladly.

## Computer Operating System

**The following systems are compatible with Gladly:**

- Windows 7 and beyond
- Mac OSX

VM environments need to be configured to enable [Browser Redirection](https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-virtual-apps-desktops/multimedia/browser-content-redirection.html) so that Voice can be delivered over webRTC.

## Browser

Gladly is only compatible with Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Make sure that you always have the version of either browser you choose.

> Do not run Gladly on multiple browser tabs
> 
> Make sure only one instance of Gladly is running on one browser tab. Do not run Gladly on multiple browser tabs, as this could result in undesired behaviors.
