# Simplesat Overview

Easily capture Customer feedback and turn this insight into action with [Simplesat](https://www.simplesat.io/). Simplesat's customizable surveys are personalized to your brand, sparking increased response rates and nurturing loyalty.

Simplesat allows you to create a CSAT, CES, NPS, or 5-star survey that will be automatically sent to a Customer upon closing a Conversation in Gladly.

> This article covers the Email-based integration, which sends a survey when an Email conversation closes. If you want to send a survey at the end of an AI-handled conversation on chat or SMS, use the Workflows-based integration instead. ## Supported features

Simplesat supports the following features with Gladly:

- Channels
  - **Email integration (this article)**: works on the Email channel, triggers when a Conversation is closed, and appears in Gladly's Conversation Timeline.
