# Can I see the device or browser used by Customers to chat in?

Gladly does not expose the device and browser information from which Customers are chatting. However, through [Self-Service Handoff](/docs/self-service-handoff), Gladly exposes the URL the Customer used to chat from, which Agents can use to gain context over the Customer's support issue.
