# Set Up SupporTrends Integration

## **Before you start**

Review the following information before you connect SupporTrends to Gladly.

- Make sure you have access to SupporTrends.
- Gather the following information:
  - **API token –** Token is [generated](https://help.gladly.com/docs/generate-api-tokens-and-create-webhooks) in Gladly.
  - **Gladly URL –** Your Gladly domain (i.e., {YOUR-COMPANY}.gladly.com}.
  - **Email Address–** The email address used to generate the API token and also to be used by SupporTrends to log into Gladly.

## **Connect SupporTrends to Gladly**

Because SupporTrends manages this integration, complete setup information can be found on their [website](https://supportrends.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500006795341-Gladly-Integration-Setup). Remember that you need an **API User** role in Gladly to generate API tokens.
