# Set Up Simplr Integration

## Before you start

Review the following information before you connect Simplr to Gladly.

- To set up your Simplr integration with Gladly, you must first work with your Simplr partner success team member and fill out the information on your Simplr Partner Dashboard.
- Gather the following information:
  - **API token –** Token is [generated](https://help.gladly.com/docs/generate-api-tokens-and-create-webhooks) in Gladly.
  - **Gladly URL –** Your Gladly domain (i.e., {YOUR-COMPANY}.gladly.com}.
  - **Email address –** The email address used for the integration.

## Connect Simplr to Gladly

Because this integration is managed by Simplr, complete setup information can be found on their [website](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1NoFEn-XkzHO25BMmhcgcmziK54Cw1aZ-SEQNQGCBc0E/edit#). Remember that you need an API User role in Gladly to generate API tokens.
