> If you'd like to integrate Gladly with ScreenMeet, please begin by contactingScreenMeet via their service desk indicating you’d like to integrate with Gladly, either by emailing [support@screenmeet.com](mailto:support@screenmeet.com) or by using ScreenMeet’s external [service desk](https://screenmeet.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/2/group/2/create/9). Provide ScreenMeet the following information:
>
> - Organization Name

> - Email Domain name(s) – Only users within this email domain(s) is allowed to register.

Review the following information before connecting ScreenMeet to Gladly:

- Have an active ScreenMeet Cobrowse account.
- Work with ScreenMeet to create a separate AWS Cognito instance.
- Have the correct permissions to add users to your ScreenMeet instance.
- Gladly completes the majority of the configuration steps to link ScreenMeet to Gladly.

## Connect ScreenMeet to Gladly

ScreenMeet must create an AWS Cognito instance for their clients as part of their provisioning process. Once created, Agents must be added to the ScreenMeet instance through the ScreenMeet console. Once all Agents are added, Gladly must be given the name of the Cognito instance, which we'll use to configure ScreenMeet in your Gladly environment.

1. Gather the External Organization ID and External Instance URL (found in [](https://console.screenmeet.com/organization)[https://console.screenmeet.com/organization](https://console.screenmeet.com/organization)) and file a P4 request with [Gladly Support](https://help.gladly.com/product-docs/docs/contact-gladly-support). Gladly will use this information to configure the ScreenMeet widget in your Gladly environment.
2. Once configured in Gladly, users will see the **Cobrowse with ScreenMeet** option by clicking the **Plus Menu** icon in a Customer's Profile.

See [Start a Cobrowse Session With Screenmeet](https://help.gladly.com/docs/start-a-cobrowse-session-with-screenmeet) to learn how to start a Cobrowse session.
