# (Legacy) Set Up OrderGroove Integration

## **Before you start**

Review the following information before you connect Ordergroove to Gladly.

This is a two-part configuration process that must be done in sequential order. You must contact OrderGroove first to you the Ordergroove credentials, which are used to set up the integration in Gladly. Then, contact Gladly Support to add the Subscription card to the Customer Profile.

- Contact Ordergroove first to provide you with the following credentials since these are required to connect Ordergroove to Gladly:
  - Ordergroove Merchant ID
  - Ordergroove Hash Key (Named `Storefront API key` in Ordergroove)
  - API user in Ordergroove
  - Ordergroove API User Token (Named `Ordergroove API User Hash` in Ordergroove)
- Contact Gladly Support to add the Ordergroove Subscriptions to the Customer Profile **after** connecting Ordergoove to Gladly.

## **Connect Ordergroove to Gladly**

From the [Apps](https://help.gladly.com/docs/add-new-integration) page, click **Add** **App > Ordergroove**.

1. From the **Add New Ordergroove App** page, enter the following information:
  - **Name –** Enter a name that will help you identify the Ordergroov instance.
  - **Ordergroove Merchant ID –** Enter the Merchant ID Ordergroove provided.
  - **Ordergroove Hash Key**(Named `Storefront API key` in Ordergroove)**–** Enter the Hash Key Ordergroove provided.
  - **Ordergroove API User –** Enter the API User ID Ordergroove provided.
  - **Ordergroove API User Token**(Named `Ordergroove API User Hash` in Ordegroove)**–** Enter the API token provided by Ordergroove.
  - **Overwrite Existing Values –** If activated and a Customer Profile is linked to a profile in Ordergroove, Gladly will overwrite the existing name, address, and editable custom attributes in the Customer Profile with data from Ordergroove.
2. Click **Save App.** An error will appear if the required fields are not completed; they are highlighted in red. Complete the missing fields and click **Save App** again.

Next, contact Gladly Support to add the Subscription Card.

## Contact Gladly Support to add the Subscription Card

Contact Gladly Support and request to add the [Subscription Card](https://help.gladly.com/developer-tutorials/docs/transaction-cards/#subscription-transactions) to your Gladly instance.

Users assigned the **Team Manager** or **Administrator** roles can contact [Gladly Support](https://help.gladly.com/product-docs/pages/en/contact-gladly-support-team). Log into Gladly as one of these roles, click![hamburger-menu-icon(1)](https://cdn.us.document360.io/7047b671-c4f2-4df0-bb0a-b9b511fd2452/Images/Documentation/hamburger-menu-icon(1).svg)on the top-left corner, then click **Contact Gladly Support**. Gladly Support's primary operating hours are Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time, but you can submit a request anytime.

- Please select the correct business impact (P1 to P4).
- Most requests should be sent as a P4.

Contains everything about a Customer. Their Conversation history, contact details, order details, and other Customer-specific information.
