# Set Up MaestroQA Integration

## **Before you start**

Review the following information before you connect MaestroQA to Gladly.

- Make sure you have Administrator access to MaestroQA.
- Gather the following information:
  - **API token –** Token is [generated](https://help.gladly.com/docs/generate-api-tokens-and-create-webhooks) in Gladly.
  - **Gladly URL –** Your Gladly domain (i.e., {YOUR-COMPANY}.gladly.com}.
  - **Email Address –**This is the email address used to generate the API token and by MaestroQA to log into Gladly.
