# Set Up Delighted Integration

## Before you start

Review the following information before you connect Delighted to Gladly.

- Make sure you have access to Delighted.
- Gather the following information as it's required to set it Delighted:
  - **API token –** Token is [generated](https://help.gladly.com/docs/generate-api-tokens-and-create-webhooks) in Gladly
  - **Gladly URL –** Your Gladly domain (i.e., {YOUR-COMPANY}.gladly.com}
  - **Email address –** The email address used for the integration

Because this integration is managed by Delighted, complete setup information can be found on their [website](https://help.delighted.com/article/578-the-gladly-integration). Remember that you need to have an **API User** role in Gladly to get the API tokens.
