# Set Up Calabrio Integration

## Before you start

Calabrio Professional Services handles the implementation process. Gather the following information and send it over to Calabrio when requested:

- **API token –** Token is [generated](https://help.gladly.com/docs/generate-api-tokens-and-create-webhooks) in Gladly
- **Gladly URL –** Your Gladly domain (i.e., {YOUR-COMPANY}.gladly.com}
- **Email address –** The email address used for the integration
- **Answer to this question –**How long does it take to close out an email case?

Because Calabrio manages this integration, work with your Calabrio Project manager through the implementation process.
