# Schedule Report for Automatic Delivery

Automatically receive reports in your email **daily**, **weekly**, or **monthly** without logging into Gladly.

> - Agent Performance Summary
> - Topics
> - IVR

1. Click ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/7047b671-c4f2-4df0-bb0a-b9b511fd2452/Images/Documentation/hamburger-menu-icon(2).svg) on the top left corner of the screen.
2. Click **Reports**.
3. You'll see a list of all available reports on the left side of the screen. Find and click the report you want to receive in your email automatically.
4. Configure the filters for the report (note that they will not all appear on each report):
  - **Channel –** You can only filter using a single Channel or *All* Channels.
  - **Inbox –** You can select a single or multiple Inboxes.
  - **Team –** You can select a single or multiple Teams.

- **Note –** Half-hourly aggregation is not compatible with scheduled reports.

6. - **Filters –** This shows the Channel, Inbox, and Teams the report is filtered by. Go back to the report page if you need to change this filter.
- **Email Subject –** You can rename the email subject line of the report. If you don't edit this line, the default subject is the name of the report.
- **Email To –** Enter the email address(es) of your recipients. A report can be sent to anyone in or out of your organization.
- **Report Format –** Select the report format you wish to receive: **CSV**, **PNG**, or **PDF**.

> CSV export is limited to 5k rows for scheduled reports.

- **Delivery Schedule –**Select if you want the report to be sent Daily, Weekly, or Monthly. Half-hourly aggregation is not compatible with scheduled reports.
  - **Daily** reports are run as soon as the data for each day ending at 12:00 am your local time is processed. Report results for the previous day are usually available by 6 am***** based on the timezone of your Gladly instance.
  - **Weekly** reports are run weekly as soon as the previous week's data (ending on Monday at 12:00 am***** your local time) is processed. The previous week's report results are usually available Monday by 6 am* based on the timezone of your Gladly instance.
  - **Monthly**reports are run every month as soon as the previous month's data (ending at 12:00 am***** your local time) is processed. Report results for the previous month are usually available on the 1st of the month by 6 am*****based on the timezone of your Gladly instance.

- **Date Range**
  - From the drop-down menu, select how far back you want the report to query the data: by day(s), week(s), or month(s).
  - Enter the number of day(s), week(s), or month(s) you want the report to be aggregated by. For example, if you have ***for the past "6" "week(s),"*** the report will look back six weeks starting from midnight your local time.

7. Click **Schedule Report**.

Recipient(s) are emailed a downloadable version of the report.

> Timezone used for scheduled reports

> Scheduled reports use the Organization timezone, not the timezone selected in the report filters when generating reports.

## Prevent reports from going to your spam inbox

Emails from Gladly could be blocked, which depends on how rigid your company spam filters are. Add [reports@gladly.com](mailto:reports@gladly.com) to your email contact list or set up a filter to ensure Gladly emails are never marked as spam.
