# Review Gladly AI Performance

The **Reviews** page is a centralized log of all feedback submitted across Gladly AI conversations. Accessible from the main menu, it gives Admins and Team Managers a single place to view and track review history — both at the Conversation level and at the individual component level.

## Access the Reviews page

1. Click the main menu icon.
2. Select **Reviews**.

## Reviews page overview

The Reviews page is organized into two tabs depending on where the feedback was submitted.

### Conversation tab

The **Conversation** tab displays feedback submitted through the Review tab in the Conversation Review panel. Each row represents a review left on an overall Conversation. The tab includes the following columns:

| Column | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **Rating** | The thumbs up or thumbs down rating for the review |
| **Note** | The feedback comment left by the reviewer |
| **Date** | The date and time the review was submitted |
| **Rated By** | The email of the reviewer |

### Components tab

The **Components** tab displays feedback submitted directly on individual component cards within the Inspect tab. This allows reviewers to flag specific steps in the AI decision-making process rather than the conversation as a whole.

Each row represents a review left on a specific component card and includes the following columns:

| Column | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **Rating** | The thumbs up or thumbs down rating left on the component |
| **Note** | Any feedback comment left by the reviewer |
| **Component Type** | The type of component that was reviewed |
| **Actual Value** | The value the component produced during the conversation |
| **Expected Value** | The value the reviewer indicated they expected, if specified |
| **Date** | The date and time the review was submitted |
| **Rated By** | The email of the reviewer |

When leaving feedback on a component card in the Inspect tab, reviewers can optionally select a specific quality check and set an expected outcome to indicate what the correct result should have been. This detail is captured in the Components tab alongside the rating and any notes.

## Filter and search reviews

Both tabs include an **All Ratings** filter that lets you narrow the list to **Thumbs Up**, **Thumbs Down**, or **No Rating** entries. The Components tab includes an additional **All Components** filter to narrow results by component type.

Use the **Search comments** bar at the top of the page to search across notes left in any review.
