Q. Why is the Conversation Timeline saying to contact our developer?

  • PDF

Some companies use a custom integration to pull Customer data or take action (e.g., cancer an order) without leaving Gladly. If you use one of these actions but the developer did not configure the action's messaging, you may see a "let your developer know" update on the Conversation Timeline.

While the action you triggered is successful, Gladly lets you know the opportunity to improve the action message on the Conversation Timeline, and so you can let your developer know that they can include a "message" and "detail" on the action. Both "message and "detail" are required to avoid this default action message.
