Allow Preview of Incoming Messages

You can give Agents a preview of the incoming message from a Customer right from the notification banner.
- Click the menu icon located on the top left corner of the screen.
- Click Settings.
- Under the Agent Experience category, click Conversation Workflow.
- Under the Messaging section, check the box next to Notification banner preview.
- Select Save.
