Allow Preview of Incoming Messages

You can give Agents a preview of the incoming message from a Customer right from the notification banner.

  1. Click the menu icon located on the top left corner of the screen.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Under the Agent Experience category, click Conversation Workflow.
  4.  Under the Messaging section, check the box next to Notification banner preview.
  5. Select Save.
