In January 2021, Playvox acquired Playvox and entered the workforce management market.

As a workforce management tool, [Playvox](https://www.playvox.com/) allows you to schedule and staff your team to create accurate volume forecasts, monitor Agent adherence in real time, and ensure the right Agent is helping the right Customer at the right time.
