# OrderGroove Integration Toolkit

Learn the basics of how OrderGroove integration works.

## Who maintains the integration?

The OrderGroove integration with Gladly is built and maintained by Gladly.

## Basic scope

Ordergroove works as an extension of your e-commerce platform. Gladly automatically links the Gladly Customer Profile with an Ordergroove Customer (if one exists) after the integration is set up. You’ll see the number of subscriptions a Customer has from their Customer Profile.

The OrderGroove integration typically depends on the following:

- Ordergroove profiles are linked to an OMS.
- The externalCustomerId that profiles send back must match the customer ID in Ordergroove.

Once Ordergroove is connected to Gladly, the following details are displayed in the Customer Profile via the [Subscription Transaction Card](https://help.gladly.com/developer-tutorials/docs/transactions#subscription-transactions).

**Customer**

- Number of Subscriptions a Customer has.
- Number of Active Subscriptions a Customer has.

**Subscription**

- ID
- Status
- Created At
- Updated At
- Billing Frequency
- Next Billing Date
- Canceled Date (if canceled)
- Cancellation Reason (if canceled)
- Price
- Quantity

**Product**

- Product ID
- Name
- Image
- SKU

## How the integration works

As a pull-based integration, Gladly pulls Customer and product-level data from Ordergroove and displays them in the Customer Profile. Customer Profiles are automatically linked to matching accounts in Ordergroove.
