# Mark Answers as Favorite

Quickly access the Answers you use the most—regardless of the Answer type, Audience, or Language by marking them as favorites. Favorited Answers appear first every time the Answers Panel is opened and are indicated by a **star** icon.

### Mark Answer as a favorite

1. From any Customer Profile, click ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/7047b671-c4f2-4df0-bb0a-b9b511fd2452/Images/Documentation/answers-icon.svg) to open the Answers Panel.
2. Use the search feature to find an Answer you need.
3. Click ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/7047b671-c4f2-4df0-bb0a-b9b511fd2452/Images/Documentation/favorite-star-outline.svg) next to an Answer to mark it as a favorite. ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/7047b671-c4f2-4df0-bb0a-b9b511fd2452/Images/Documentation/save-answer-as-favorite.gif)
  - You can favorite multiple Answers at the same time.

Favorited Answers appears first the next time the [Answers Panel](/docs/access-the-answers-panel) is opened from any Customer Profile.

## View Answers favorite list

1. From any Customer Profile, click ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/7047b671-c4f2-4df0-bb0a-b9b511fd2452/Images/Documentation/answers-icon.svg) to open the Answers Panel.

Favorited Answers disappear when you start a search, and results appear (which may include favorited Answers). Clearing the search field opens the favorite list again.

## Remove an Answer from the favorite list

1. Hover over the Answer from the favorite list.
2. Click ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/7047b671-c4f2-4df0-bb0a-b9b511fd2452/Images/Documentation/favorite-star-icon.svg) so it turns to ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/7047b671-c4f2-4df0-bb0a-b9b511fd2452/Images/Documentation/favorite-star-outline.svg) indicating the Answer has been removed from the favorite list. ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/7047b671-c4f2-4df0-bb0a-b9b511fd2452/Images/Documentation/remove20favorite20answer20from20results.gif)

#### **How many Answers can be favorited?**

As many as needed, a scroll bar appears to scroll through a longer favorite list.

#### **Can a Gladly Administrator favorite Answers for Agents?**

No. Agents must favorite the Answers they use the most.

#### **Can Answers be favorited specifically by Audience or Language?**

Favorited Answers are shown in the same favorite list regardless of the Answer's type, Audience, or Language.
