As an Agent, every time you log into Gladly, the first thing you’ll see is your My Inbox view.
This is where you’ll see all the Customers and Tasks that you’ve been assigned, divided into multiple views (Open, Waiting, and Closed) depending on its status.
- Clicking on each the Open, Waiting, or Closed status will show you a list Conversations with the relevant status.
- Clicking on a Customer Card will take you to the Customer Profile. You can review the Customer Details and start/continue a Conversation.
