# Listen To Call Recordings

Listen to previous calls to review details of the call or as part of your QA or training practices.

1. Open the Customer's Profile where the call took place.
2. Scroll through the Conversation Timeline to find the call recording.
3. 4. Call recording can be [paused](https://help.gladly.com/docs/pause-delete-or-download-voice-call-recordings/#pause-and-unpause-live-call-recording) while on a call, but recording can't be stopped.
5. Compliance Administrators can [download or delete](https://help.gladly.com/docs/pause-delete-or-download-voice-call-recordings/#h-delete-call-recording) call recordings as needed.
6. Review [text summary](https://help.gladly.com/docs/review-text-summary-of-phone-calls) of phone calls.

## Play recording with different speeds

Click **1x** to see a list of various playback speed settings.
