# I can’t find my Gladly invitation. What should I do?

Check your spam folder. If the email invitation is not there, reach out to your Team Manager or Administrator to confirm your Gladly account status. They also have the ability to [resend](https://help.gladly.com/docs/resend-invitation) an invitation.
