# How many ‘Active’ statuses can we add?

You can add as much as you need but add statuses judiciously. Keep in mind that Agents will need to scan/scroll through a long list to select the needed status. Having a long list of options could create inefficiencies or increase Agents' likelihood of choosing the wrong status.
