# How will we get visibility into the requests that HiOperator resolves?

HiOperator’s platform syncs directly with Gladly. All Conversations still get routed directly to Gladly. Conversations in scope for HiOperator get routed to the HiOperator app for one of our agents to handle. Once the HiOperator Agents respond, their response is logged back in Gladly for complete visibility.

HiOperator also provides a weekly business review to have visibility into all Conversations that HiOperator is handling.
