# Formstack Integration Toolkit

Learn the basics of how the Formstack integration works.

## **Who maintains the Integration**

The Formstack integration with Gladly is an out-of-the-box feature with Formstack. No coding required.

## **Basic scope**

When you connect your Formstack form to a Gladly account, each form submission will appear as an email communication in Gladly.

## **How the integration works**

The integration is done using the Formstack form builder. When you build your form, the only required attribute is the Customer's email address. Once the form is setup and activated, the submission will appear as an email communication in Gladly in whichever inbox you've configured via Gladly Channels + Rules settings.
