# Fivetran Integration Toolkit

Learn the basics of how the Fivetran integration works.

## **Who maintains the integration**

The Fivetran integration is built and maintained by Fivetran.

## **Basic scope**

The connector will call Gladly Rest APIs to retrieve data from Gladly and post the data to your centralized data warehouse or data lake.

## **How the integration works**

Fivetran integration is configured during implementation with your Fivetran Project Manager and Professional Services team. To get started, collect the following data to share with the Fivetran Team:

- **API token –**Token is [generated](https://connect.gladly.com/docs/help-documentation/article/generate-api-tokens-and-create-webhooks) in Gladly
- **Gladly URL –** Your Gladly domain, e.g., `{YOUR-COMPANY}.``us-1.gladly.com`
- **Email address –** The email address used for the integration
