# Export Customer Email Addresses From Gladly

At this time, it is not possible to export Customer email addresses in bulk from the Gladly UI. However, if you need to match Customer email addresses on an automated basis when downloading reports, we recommend using our [GET Customer API](https://developer.gladly.com/rest/#operation/getCustomer). The [GET Customer API](https://developer.gladly.com/rest/#operation/getCustomer) can retrieve contact information by providing the "Customer ID" from the report. Export APIs have more comprehensive data, but these need to be accessed via an API, which requires technical/developer knowledge.

Alternatively, Gladly Professional Services can assist you by providing a one-time CSV export as a small paid project, which includes the following columns:

- Email address
- Name
- Gladly Customer ID

Gladly Support's primary operating hours are Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time, but you can submit a request anytime.

- Please select the correct business impact (P1 to P4).
- Most requests should be sent as a P4.
