# Edit SLA Business Hours

Edit the hours and days used to assess SLA performance based on your operating hours. See [Edit Business Hours](https://help.gladly.com/docs/edit-duplicate-and-delete-business-hours) for instructions on editing Business Hours.

From the Business Hours page, the hours set in SLA Business Hours have a **Primary** tag for quick identification.

When editing one of your Business Hours, a note appears if the one being edited is currently set as the **Primary Business Hours** in the SLA Business Hours settings page.
