# Edit, Duplicate, and Delete Business Hours

Edit, delete, or duplicate an existing Business Hours setting.

1. Click ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/7047b671-c4f2-4df0-bb0a-b9b511fd2452/Images/Documentation/hamburger-menu-icon(2).svg) on the top left corner of the screen.
2. Click **Settings**.
3. ## 'Primary' tag

This indicates that the specific Business Hours are currently set as the primary operating hours for [SLA Business Hours](https://help.gladly.com/docs/what-is-sla-business-hours). Business Hours set as the *Primary* cannot be deleted.

## Edit Business Hours

Hover over the name of the Business Hours you want to edit, then click ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/7047b671-c4f2-4df0-bb0a-b9b511fd2452/Images/Documentation/pencil-edit-icon.svg). Editing business Hours is the same process as adding new Business Hours. ## Duplicate Business Hours

You can replicate an existing Business Hour schedule, including all the days and times configured.

This will take you to the Create Business Hours screen. Edit the hours and days as needed, then click **Save**.

## Delete Business Hours

Delete existing Business Hours you no longer need. Hover over the name of the Business Hours you want to delete, then click ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/7047b671-c4f2-4df0-bb0a-b9b511fd2452/Images/Documentation/trash-icon.svg). Deleted hours cannot be restored. You'll need to [create](https://help.gladly.com/docs/create-business-hours) a new Business Hour setting instead.
